How quality evidence is created before shipment
Incoming material check
Steel grade, heat number, mill certificate and surface condition are verified before release to production.
Fabrication control
Cutting, drilling, bending, welding and trial fit are checked against drawings and member lists.
Surface protection
Hot-dip galvanizing thickness, appearance and adhesion are inspected according to project coating requirements.
Pre-shipment release
Bundle labels, packing list, inspection records and loading photos are prepared for buyer review.
