معيار التصميمs & Structural Load Criteria
تصمم أبراجنا لتلبية أصعب أكواد التصميم ومعايير الأحمال الدولية.
IEC 60826 - Structural Loading
Transmission tower design loads are determined per IEC 60826, covering wind loads up to 60 m/s (3-second gust), ice loads, broken-wire conditions, and seismic acceleration. تحلل جميع تركيبات الأحمال بنماذج العناصر المحددة وعوامل حمل مبنية على الموثوقية. Foundation reactions, deflection limits at service load (< H/200), and fatigue verification for cyclic wind are computed for each tower class.
EN 50341 - European Standard Compliance
For EU and export projects, towers are designed to EN 50341-1 (general) and applicable National Normative Aspects. The standard covers steel grade selection (S235JR - S420ML for angle profiles), bolt class (8.8/10.9 galvanized), and weld category assessment. Tolerances per EN 1090-2 execution class EXC2 - EXC3. All designs include third-party independent structural verification.
Installation & Field Maintenance Guides
Field-proven procedures for erection, hot-dip galvanizing repair, and long-term maintenance of transmission towers.
ASTM A780 - HDG Field Repair
مجلفن بالغمس الساخن coating damaged during handling or erection is repaired per ASTM A780 using zinc-rich paint (minimum 94% zinc dust by weight) applied in 100-micron minimum dry film thickness per coat, two coats minimum. For larger areas exceeding 30 mm diameter, thermal spray (zinc metallizing) per AWS C2.23 is specified. All repair areas are inspected with a magnetic thickness gauge per ASTM E376.
Bolt Torque & Anti-Loosening Checklist
All structural bolts are tightened to the specified torque per ASTM A325/A490: 1/2″ bolts = 75 ft-lb, 5/8″ = 150 ft-lb, 3/4″ = 265 ft-lb - 10%. Turn-of-nut method is used for slip-critical connections. Anti-loosening devices (double nuts, lock washers, or prevailing-torque lock nuts per IFI 100/107) are mandatory on vibration-prone members. Torque is verified with a calibrated wrench at 10% sampling rate.
